So far I have really liked the Hustle line of balls. This ball is no different. I drilled mine 55 x 5 x 40 with a small hole down. For me this ball is cleaner and a little smoother in the backends that most of the other Hustles I have. This ball allows me to stay right longer and not have to open my angles up. Again if you are on a pattern that tends to break down faster then this ball is the ball for you. I have mainly used mine in my 2nd shift league I bowl and am very happy with this ball.
For the average league bowler or tournament bowler this ball is a must have. I drilled mine 50 x 4 1/2 x 50 with a hole down. What I first noticed was how well this ball read the lane and really hit hard for a ball at a lower price point. What I can tell you is this ball is not at all a low end ball. What a gem this ball is. Great midlane and smooth controlled backend motion this ball makes. It handles a fair amount of oil with ease. I am very excited to sell this ball in the shop.
One way to describe this ball is its a monster. I drilled mine 45 x 4 5/8 x 40. This ball needs oil to show you what it can do. I had to take mine to 4000 to make it a little more usable for what I bowl on. I can use this ball early in league (as stated before our house pattern is tighter than most) this ball for me is a ball I need to keep in front of me to see the best results. So far when I have used it I have been happy with the scores it has given me. If you need a big ball with a big motor this is the ball.
So far I have been really happy with this ball. I drilled mine 55 x 4 5/8 x 45 with a small hole down. I love how this ball gets down the lane and makes a great move of the friction. This ball will be great for the medium house patterns. If need be add a touch of surface to the ball and man does this ball look roll even better. What a great ball at a really good price.
The Match Up Pearl falls into Storms mid performance line. I drilled mine 65 x 4 7/8 x 70 which puts the pin just below my middle finger and the cg down a touch below the t-line and did not require a hole. This ball has filled a gap I was missing in a cleaner yet controlled backend motion out of a pearl. This ball has turned out to be a ball I can use when the lanes start to break down and its just a pinch to early to move left. For me a great 2nd shift ball when I want to stay right as long as I can.
First to say that this ball is good in an understatement. Drilled mine 65 x 5 x 45 Which is pretty much my favortie layout. I have mostly used this ball on house shots (our house pattern is tighter than most) but it has quickly become one of my favorites. This ball is very easy to read. Nice and clean in the front part of the lane with great midlane read and very good and predictable backend motion and man does this ball hit the pins hard.
Was very happy to hear about this ball when it was announced. I really loved the Disturbed and from what I heard this was going to be close if not better and knowing how much I like the Haywire I was really excited. I drilled mine 55 x 4 3/4 x 35. As I had hoped I found it to be a lot like my Disturbeds but to me this ball had a touch more backend. This ball will be a league bowlers and tournament bowlers bench mark ball. I find this is the first ball out of my bag. This ball as usual is a beast at the pins. Just another great piece from Roto Grip.
This was probably one of the most hyped balls by Storm in a very long time. I drilled mine 55 x 5 x 45. What I saw with this ball was how the core really took over in the midlane. I find this ball is pretty clean in the front but man does it react to the midlane and continues in the back like a monster. I have to open my angles up a fair amount and use this ball as a later ball in league or tournaments. As usual with storm this ball is a monster when it hits the pins. This ball holds up to all the hype. This ball is a must.
I was pretty excited to get this ball. I drilled mine 45 x 4 1/2 x 40 with a small hole down. I really liked my Rocket Ship which for me is kind of an amped up IQ Tour. So I was hoping this ball would start up a little earlier and be a pinch smoother. This ball did exactly what I had hoped it would do. Nice good midlane read and a very controlled backend. I am able to keep my angles a little more closed down with this ball. This ball compliments the Rocket Ship perfectly. One added bonus is this ball really hits hard.
I drilled my Hustle R/I/G just like my Wreck Em 55 x 5 x 50 hoping these 2 balls would be a nice compiment of each other. It was exactly what I was hoping for. This is not a ball that I wanted to get big open angles on the lane like I can with my No Rules Pearl or Wreck Em. For me this ball fit perfect as the fronts started to hook this ball gets thru that with ease and doesnt over read the friction and had great hitting power thru the pins. I feel this ball is a must for tournament bowlers for later in the day when the lanes get toasty. Another great piece from Roto Grip.
